What You’ll Do
As a Part-Time Pharmacist, you will support both long-term care (LTC) services and traditional retail pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical pharmacy services to long-term care residents
- Conducting medication reviews and supporting optimal therapy
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and care teams
- Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and LTC standards
- Accurately dispensing and verifying medications
- Documenting care using pharmacy and EHR systems
- Supporting a positive, patient-centered workflow across LTC and retail settings
- Participating in limited on-call coverage as scheduled
What You Bring
- Active Michigan pharmacist license (PharmD preferred)
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric pharmacy
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with pharmacy software (Framework experience is a plus)
