Job Title: Production Worker
Job Responsibilities
Operate at various stations throughout the battery line
Conduct quality checks on parts
Pack and prepare parts for shipment
Assemble and sub-assemble battery packs
Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the cell and facility
Essential Skills
Production experience
Assembly skills
General labor proficiency
Ability to follow instructions and stay attentive
Capability to learn multiple stations in the manufacturing process
Ability to stand and remain active for shifts ranging from 8-12 hours
Comfortable performing assigned tasks, including moving materials and assisting in operations
Engagement throughout the entire shift
High school diploma or GED
Ability to quickly understand tasks and goals
Adherence to company policies, including leaving cell phones in lockers
Ability to lift or move 15-20 pounds at a time

This is a Permanent position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
