About the Role
As the Front of House Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the restaurant venue, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and leading servers, bartenders, and busers.

Overseeing scheduling, training, and employee relations.

Building strong community relationships and partnerships.

Touring the venue with prospective clients for events.

Compensation & Growth
