Building Maintenance Technician
Full-Time | $20/Hour | Benefits Eligible After 90 Days
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for an energetic, reliable Building Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance needs across our 120-unit residential community.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variety in their day and takes pride in doing quality work that helps residents feel at home.
What You’ll Do

Perform general maintenance and repair throughout the properties

Handle basic electrical and basic plumbing tasks

Complete touch-up painting, patching, and drywall repairs as needed

Assist with routine upkeep and troubleshooting to keep units and common areas in great shape

Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely, professional service

Basic experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs
