We're hiring a PD&L Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and support the execution of product launches. This full-time role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering who's ready to lead launch activities and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transitions from concept to production.

Supporting Meaningful Work:
Lead product development and launch (PD&L) activities at the manufacturing site
Apply engineering principles to ensure quality standards are met throughout the process
Provide cost estimates, database support, PPAP submissions, PFMEA creation, and standard work documentation
Collaborate with operations leaders and project teams to meet launch schedules
Support the transition of projects from concept to full-scale production
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
Desired Skills and Experience:
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably with lean manufacturing exposure
Experience with Windchill and SAP
Strong understanding of automation and technology in manufacturing
Strong analytical skills in process, capacity, cost/benefit, and quality tools
Familiarity with lean techniques: flow, equipment reliability, setup reduction
Ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems with minimal support
Basic knowledge of equipment design, specifications, and installation
Awareness of material handling solutions and ergonomic principles
