Ambulatory Surgery Center - Pre-Op/PACU - Full-time - 40 hours per week - Monday through Friday - 8 hour flexible shifts.
Adult and pediatric patients
Responsible for pre-operative assessment and pre-surgery instructions via phone call; patient admission and pre-operative care; post-operative care and preparation for return to the home environment.
Demonstration of nursing knowledge and critical thinking skills.
Participation as a team member in planning and implementation of patient care
Ability to organize work effectively and appropriately to finish in a timely manner
Contributes to increased morale and positive attitude in the department and facility
Utilizes good communication skills
