We are currently in search of a Part-time Property Manager for our apartment projects located in Indian River, MI with some travel to Cedarville, MI location.
Some of the requirements for this position are as follows:
- Fill vacancies, market project, show units
- Handling tenant complaints
- Process Move-ins, lease renewals, and move outs
- Submit applications for processing
Computer experience preferred.
