Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable team member to join our restoration family. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You'll assist with packing out the home, receiving, sorting, processing, packaging and returning textile items while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Bagging/boxing and tagging in the home
- Receive incoming containers
- Sort, input inventory, adhere tags and prepare items for processing
- Assist with washing, drying and finishing equipment as needed
- Inspect for damage before and after restoration
- Package and prepare orders for delivery
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist with ensuring vans are stocked with necessary supplies
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Willingness to learn textile restoration
