Leadership Academy Mission:
The Leadership Academy is dedicated to shaping the leadership culture of our organization by designing and implementing a comprehensive leadership development strategy. Responsible for creating a portfolio of programs that cultivate executive, senior, and mid-level leaders, driving organizational success through enhanced talent capability, coaching, change agility, and a robust leadership pipeline. This function partnering with key stakeholders ensuring all initiatives are directly aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the multi-year strategy for the Leadership Academy, defining its mission, vision, and success metrics aligned with corporate goals.
Program Portfolio Management: Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of a suite of leadership programs (e.g., Executive Leadership Program, Senior Leader Forum, middle management leadership program, Emerging Leaders Program and high potential talent program).
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with senior executives, HR Business Partners, and business unit heads to conduct needs analyses, gain buy-in, and ensure program relevance and impact.
Budget & Resource Management: Own the Leadership Academy budget, making strategic decisions on vendor partnerships, internal resources, and technology investments.
Culture & Community: Foster a strong leadership community across the organization, promoting a culture of continuous learning. Change Management: Creating tools and frameworks to help leaders champion change. Cultural Intelligence: Designing experiences that build empathy and effective cross-cultural leadership skills. Managing language and cultural intelligence platform. Coaching & Mentoring: Building skill-building modules for leaders to coach their teams effectively.
Compliance Learning: Translating compliance topics into engaging and relevant training across the organization. Ensure all learning solutions are stay current with latest trends in L&D technology, user-centered, intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
Key Measures:
NPS of leadership and talent programs
Measure & Report Impact: Establish a robust framework for measuring the effectiveness and ROI of all leadership development initiatives, reporting outcomes to the executive team.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
5 + years' business experience
Ability to work across global contexts.
Preferable knowledge of learning ecosystems and tools (LMS, LXP, authoring tools, Stellantis Learning Hub).
Learning facilitation and workshop animation skills.
Agile methodologies and collaborative innovation practices.
Strong communication skills and English proficiency (CEFR > B2).
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and act on learning KPIs.
