- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems, particularly Cerner
- Experience in internal medicine is a plus
- Ability to catheterize patients when necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care
