Splunk and Dynatrace Administrator
Experience: 10+ years
We are seeking an experienced Splunk and Dynatrace Administrator to manage and optimize our monitoring and observability platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise in Splunk and Dynatrace, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Location: Winston Salem -NC (Can be remote)

Key Responsibilities
· Splunk Administration
o Design, implement, and maintain Splunk architecture (indexers, forwarders, search heads, etc.)
o Develop and manage Splunk apps, dashboards, reports, alerts, and data visualizations
o Ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot Splunk-related issues
· Dynatrace Administration
o Configure and maintain Dynatrace environments for application and infrastructure monitoring
o Perform proactive performance tuning and issue resolution
· Leadership & Team Support
o Oversee day-to-day operations of the support team
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure high customer satisfaction
o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
· Collaboration
o Work with business units to understand requirements and deliver monitoring solutions
o Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
Required Skills
· Strong experience in Splunk Administration (architecture, apps, dashboards)
· Hands-on expertise in Dynatrace Administration
· Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability best practices
· Ability to design and implement Splunk solutions for diverse business needs
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $79,240 - $133,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
