Lead and manage teams of A&M professionals on a diverse range of complex assignments involving turnaround management, restructuring, performance improvement and corporate advisory services to help underperforming businesses navigate their restructuring process and create a lasting positive impact on organizations. Lead all phases and aspects of financial and operational restructuring and turnaround initiatives, for companies both in and out of bankruptcy or fiscal distress. Oversee stabilizing core operations by formulating and managing turnaround plans and negotiating with senior management and other key stakeholders. Work day-to-day alongside clients to develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s processes, financial position and key operational performance drivers. Develop and execute restructuring and turnaround plans to improve an organization’s overall performance and enterprise value. Provide day-to-day team management to ensure plans, budgets, and schedules are adhered to. Act as the point of contact for workstreams within a client engagement. Perform and oversee analysis on company business plans. Review and present 13-week Cash Flow and 3 Statement Financial models to clients. Lead clients through various processes, including making working capital improvements, bankruptcy preparation, liquidation analysis, credit agreement negotiations, and claims processing. Develop and sensitize business. Develop and review cost reduction initiatives and execution milestones. Review bankruptcy plans, strategies, disclosure statements and 363 Sales processes. Implement cash conservation guidelines and controls. Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of junior staff. Domestic or international travel approx. 50% of time. Salary Range: $225,000 - $250,000. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting and minimum 7 years of experience in any occupation as senior associate, associate or related.
