In-Home Physical Therapy team looking for a clinician with outpatient orthopedic philosophy towards treating in-home post-total joint patient population for current growing program. Schedule: 4 days throughout Mon-Fri and one weekend day
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
In-Home Staff Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, muscle, nerve, joint, and bone disorders or diagnoses to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
Travel is required to different home care settings, between clinics, doctor's offices, and to patient's homes.
Evaluates the home environment for rehab and make appropriate recommendations to increase the independence of the client.
Develop, prepare, and maintain individualized client care progress records with accuracy, timeliness, and according to agency policy and procedures.
Supervise physical therapy assistants by directing, participating in, and presenting continuing education programs; and assume administrative/supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the director.
Educate client/caregiver and health care teams in the phases of physical therapy in which they may assist the client, in the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices and durable medical equipment, as appropriate.
Qualifications
Licensed physical therapist in the state of employment.
Minimum two years of experience as a physical therapist.
Automobile liability insurance and current unrestricted driver's license.
CPR certification or complete training required.
