- Demonstrate knowledge of behavioral health principles when interacting with patients.
Skills
- Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathy and compassion.
- Experience in a medical office or clinical setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Cerner or other electronic medical record systems is advantageous.
- Understanding of physiology and basic medical terminology.
- Ability to work efficiently
