What awaits you:
Define, modify, create and defend process templates within SAP modules
Support the detailed design down to process step level
Customize the application or instruct consultants, therefore create and update necessary documentation
Support SAP application as 2nd Level supporter
Setup functional specifications for Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Enhancements
Instruct 1stLevel support before new processes/settings go live
Support security team on security roles
Execution of Integration & Regression Test activities
Improve and optimize application together with Business Key Users
Meet the business's desire for functionality and/or technology that will be a true competitive advantage
Independently prioritize and resolve customer requests, work as subject matter expert for SAP MM & SAP PP, production break-fixes, ad-hoc reports and enhancement requests
Provide excellent customer service to SAP users, communicating timely and professionally
Manage external Service Provider, the related budget and ensure that defined service level agreements are meet
Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment
Contribute to SAP project rollouts
Work on moderately complex tasks to enhance existing solution, identifying, evaluating, recommending options and implementing solution
Qualifications
What you'll need to succeed:
Bachelor in IT or IT/Economic or equivalent education level
Minimum of 2-4 years SAP IM/MM experience
Minimum of 2-4 years SAP PP/SFC experience
SAP Certification and S4/HANA experience is a plus
ITIL Certification is a plus
Experience with Inventory control, Goods receipt and Warehouse Management is a plus
Experience in planning tools like (APO, LMPC,etc) and MES is a plus
Experience in working in a multi-national company and willingness to travel is preferable
Knowledge of MRP planning is a plus
Knowledge of SAP PI/PO integration is plus
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a Plus
Knowledge of PC standard applications (MS Office365)
