JDK Construction Services is the largest female owned and operated construction cleaning and support services company in Michigan. Our company has been specializing in new, final and post construction clean up services for a broad range of commercial and residential properties since 2000.
We are looking for an experienced Window Cleaner to join our team. This role focuses on new construction homes, removing over spray, dirt and construction debris from both interior and exterior windows.
Pay, $18-$20 based on experience
What You'll Do
- Clean all interior and exterior windows on new construction homes
- Safely use stackable and extension ladders to access windows at varying heights
- Remove over spray, adhesive, dirt and construction debris from glass frames and tracks
- Work outdoors year-round, in all weather conditions
- Follow all safety protocols and deliver professional, high-quality results
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of professional window cleaning experience (required)
- Ability to identify tempered glass and apply proper cleaning methods to avoid damage
- Comfortable working at various heights on ladders
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- Physical ability to lift equipment, stand and work for 8+ hours per day
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Each day's schedule is posted in our company app the day before, so you'll always know your assignments in advance. The Window Crew meet in Brighton every morning and then travel together in a company-provided van to all scheduled job sites. Once the scheduled homes are completed the crew is returned to the original meeting location. This is a full-time position but the workday ends when the assigned schedule has been completed. Our Window Crew works Monday thru Friday, day shift, year round, Saturday shift are occasionally available but always voluntary.
