Position: Senior Energy Specialist
Overview:
The Senior Energy Specialist supports manufacturing facilities in optimizing energy use across buildings, equipment, and processes to reduce waste and support the company’s 2030 carbon reduction and carbon neutrality goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement energy efficiency standards, initiatives, and specifications with manufacturing and global energy teams.

Monitor and report energy consumption, KPIs, and compliance with ISO 50001 and SPW Energy Domain requirements.

Lead energy audits, workshops, and training to identify and implement energy-saving opportunities.

Support plants in creating energy action plans and developing best practice projects.

Review new equipment designs to ensure energy-efficient standards are included.

Assist plants in participating in rebate and demand response programs and benchmarking energy performance globally.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
-
5+ years of relevant energy experience in manufacturing/utilities
-
Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and energy analysis
Preferred:
-
8+ years of energy management experience

Additional certifications (EIT, PE, CEA, CMVP)
