As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the Customer Service industry. Your primary responsibility is to support the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities, managing customer accounts, and processing sales orders. MAJOR DUTIES:
Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone or email
Providing product information and pricing to customers
Collecting and processing customer orders
Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
Collaborating with sales representatives to meet sales targets
Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling
Supporting the sales team in preparing quotes and proposals
Participating in training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED/SPECIAL NOTES:
Previous CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience required; Salesforce CRM experience is strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both via phone and in-person)
Proven experience with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Exceptional organization skills
