Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1. Utilizing 8D and 5Why corrective action and problem-solving skills for improving 0/3 mis r/1000. 2. Improving cost and delivery for internal metrics using at least one of the following Lean Tools: 5S, Kanban, Poka-yoke, Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping to. 3. Using internal and external quality data analysis tools including at least one of the following: GSAR, QARS, QLS, WBDM, ONTRAC, E-CATS, ALTERYX, BSAQ. 4. Leveraging Six-Sigma Green Belt methodology and Lean Manufacturing for improving RTY and FTT metrics. 5. Utilizing CAD software including Team Center for root cause analysis. 1 year of experience with the following skill is required: 1. Leveraging FMEA, PPAP, and DOEs experience to improve c/1000 at VRT level.
