This position will engage in diverse areas of ESMI Shop Floor Innovation Activities to ensure all continuous improvement initiatives are successfully implemented in quantified measures, including but not limited to, performing Lean manufacturing base Continuous Improvement Program/ECRS & 3R5S/LPA Audit. This role will analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of the project or service on a per project basis, as well as lead and guide the work of the shop floor technical staff managing the quality of the product. This role may serve as an auditor to sustain contamination-free facility.
Responsibilities:
Provide distribution to ensure projects are completed on schedule and follow established procedures and guidelines to avoid project delays
Ensure daily shop floor patrol and weekly audit by existing metric that is compliant to HQ annual evaluation and ESMI's First in Quality Initiative
Communicate with key stakeholders to determine improvement project requirements and objectives
Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, special system development projects and other responsibilities
Assign duties or responsibilities to PIC personnel on the shop floor
Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
Coordinate with other teams to track assignment & project progress
Interact with internal and external customers, and external vendors, evaluating alternatives to provide support of all in-plant projects as required
Participating in meetings with senior management and vendors when necessary by manager's direction
Learn technical needs to optimize solutions for equipment and process in terms of critical inspection points, and find solutions
Meet with engineers, subcontractors, and client partners to share project process and information
Manage teams of various sizes
Perform other duties as assigned including special projects and other responsibilities
Ability to provide on-call support as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering field or equivalent, relevant experience
Master's degree in Engineering field or equivalent, relevant experience preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate preferred

Expert at Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams use, design, and application or the experience in building similar digital hubs and AI-powered resourced platform preferred
Automation industry experience preferred
1 to 5+ years of related experience, or which at least 1+ years are specifically in project management in a manufacturing environment preferred
