F&I Backup & Support:
Present protection products and financing options to customers in a transparent and professional manner.
Secure financing through established relationships with lenders.
Accurately complete all vehicle purchase paperwork and ensure timely funding.
Track and follow up on deal receivables and lender stipulations.
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of dealership finance experience required.
Prior experience in automotive sales management or desk management is a strong plus.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate across departments.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals.
Proficiency with dealer management systems (ADP/CDK preferred).
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to obtain necessary licensing within 90 days of hire.
