Qualifications:
? 2+ years of experience in composite manufacturing (prepreg preferred).
? Familiarity with autoclave/oven cure processes and vacuum bagging techniques.
?Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and laminate schedules.
? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
? Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environment.
? Ability to lift and handle large parts and molds safely
Skills:
? Experience in aerospace, motorsports, or defense composites.
? Knowledge of common defects: bridging, resin-rich areas, porosity, blisters, matrix cracks.
? Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
As a Composite Technician, this role involves hands-on work with high-performance materials, including carbon fiber prepreg and other advanced composites. It requires precision, adherence to process documentation, and a commitment to quality. You will be responsible for executing all stages of composite fabrication, from mold prep to final assembly, in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
