Position Summary:
The Project Worker is responsible maintaining hard floor surfaces and
carpet surfaces while maintaining cleanliness standards for assigned areas.
Essential Functionsand Responsibilities:
Strips,top scrubs and buffs floors as assigned.
Maintainscarpet cleanliness.
Cleanscorridors and elevators.
Cleansfurniture; upholstered and non-upholstered.
Movesfurniture as requested.
Required:
High School Diploma.
One to two years of floor care maintenance required.
Extensive contact with McLaren Oakland visitors, patients, McLaren Oakland employees.
Ability to use floor equipment and perform minor mechanical repairs on the equipment.
