We're looking for a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our team. You'll be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts. If you take pride in doing quality work and like working with your hands in a fast-paced shop, we want to hear from you. THIS IS A NIGHT POSITION.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes.
- Read blueprints and follow work instructions.
- Check parts with calipers, micrometers, and other gauges.
- Make tool offsets and adjustments as needed to hold tight tolerances.
- Keep your area clean, organized, and safe.
- Work with your team and leads to solve problems and keep production moving.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred (Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar).
- Able to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Good mechanical sense and attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Willing to learn and grow within the company.
