The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing agile teams, coordinating work across multiple time zones, and driving measurable delivery outcomes through metrics, reporting, and KPI tracking. Responsibilities: * Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) for multiple teams. * Serve as the Scrum Master while also managing project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. * Track and communicate team progress using Jira and related reporting tools. * Identify and manage inter-team dependencies to ensure alignment across global teams. * Support delivery planning and ensure consistent execution against milestones and KPIs. * Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to remove blockers and improve team efficiency. * Provide clear, data-driven insights using metrics and reports to monitor sprint health, velocity, and performance. * Foster continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or software development environment. * Hands-on experience with Jira for agile planning, tracking, and reporting. * Strong understanding of dependency management and cross-team coordination. * Demonstrated experience supporting distributed teams across global time zones. * Proven ability to analyze and communicate delivery performance using metrics, reporting, and KPIs. * Scrum certification required (e.g., CSM, CSPO, or equivalent). * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
