Injection Molding Technician - Nights
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in automated injection molding with plastics.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain automated injection molding machines.
- Set up and adjust molds and equipment for production runs.
- Monitor and improve the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Provide daily technical support to molding team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the molding process.
- Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist with developing molding team from packer to tech.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automated injection molding with plastics.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize jobs/duties simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
