Dextech, a Tier 1 automotive supplier located west of Ann Arbor, MI has immediate openings for for Industrial Electricians. The primary responsibility is to maintain and install industrial equipment.
Essential requirements include:
- Reading and interpreting specifications and blueprints.
- Experience in industrial motor controls and control circuits.
- Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and using test equipment.
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls.
- Basic understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics and their integration to electrical controls.
- Installing and repairing conduit, wire, and fixtures per current NEC code.
- Needs to be self-disciplined, self-motivated, organized and committed to continuous improvement.
- A State Journeyman Electrician License is preferred. Equivalent experience in a manufacturing plant environment will be considered.
