Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Duties include:
- Professional approach and image

- Promptly greet and warmly welcome customers
- Provide outstanding customer service and high-quality shopping experience
- Develop and build lasting relationships with our valued customers
- Engage in conversation with our guests
- Stay current on product knowledge and jewelry related education
- Keep customers informed on new products, merchandise and sales
- Perform store setup and closing operations
- Maintaining an organized, clean and attractive sales floor
- Ability to work within a team environment and independently
- Perform basic store activities to keep store immaculate, safe and inviting
Experience:
- 3+ years in of luxury retail or jewelry sales
- An interest in fine jewelry and gemstones
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
- Embrace longstanding relationships built over 4 generations with our guests.
- Ability to successfully complete assigned tasks from start to finish
- Must be proficient in POS Systems and have basic math and computer skills
- Ability to learn and retain product information
- Willing to further education in product knowledge through in-store training and workshops
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and ambitious
- Must work well in a team environment
