What You’ll Do:
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Consistently meet production targets and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe work area following OSHA standards
- Assist with plant housekeeping and end-of-shift cleanup
- Work cooperatively with your team to foster a positive work environment
- Follow all Hope Network policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Perform other departmental duties as assigned
About You:
- Professional, courteous, and reliable – even under pressure

- Punctual with strong attendance
- Preferably has manufacturing or production experience, but not required
