IT Technician Support Training Program
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our IT Technician Support AI Specialist training program. This immersive, instructor-led course prepares you to step into entry-level IT support roles with the added advantage of AI troubleshooting skills. Graduates are ready to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in hardware, software, and networks while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Competencies You'll Master
- Provide front line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and hardware
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN access, and printer issues
- Document solutions and update knowledge bases
- Proactively monitor and maintain IT systems to prevent issues
- Collaborate with IT teams and escalate complex issues
- Support IT projects such as upgrades, deployments, and system integrations
- Follow security best practices to safeguard systems and data
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using a computer, navigating the Internet, and working in Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of hardware/software preferred but not required
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must reside in the U.S. (Remote training available)
