Job Description

Daily Operations & Customer Service

Sales & Check-in: Manage sales, check-in golfers, and process payments for green fees and other services.
Customer Relations: Provide excellent service, offer expert advice on equipment and apparel, and ensure an enjoyable experience for all members and guests.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pro shop, including displays, and handle opening and closing procedures.

Merchandise Management

Inventory: Oversee the purchasing, receiving, stocking, and inventory control of pro shop merchandise, including special orders.
Display: Develop attractive and engaging merchandise displays and manage seasonal changeovers to maximize sales.
Sales & Pricing: Implement sales promotions and specials, and ensure competitive pricing for merchandise.

Staff & Event Coordination

Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise part-time staff and volunteers.
Event Planning: Coordinate and execute golf tournaments, leagues, clinics, and special events.
Tee Time Scheduling: Assist in managing and scheduling tee times for daily play.

Additional Requirements

This position is seasonal and pay is based on experience.
