GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the direction of System Ambulatory Leadership, provides leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operations of Henry Ford Health GoHealth (GH) joint venture (JV) and additional joint ventures as they arise. Implements effective and ongoing programs in areas of responsibility to rhythmically measure, assess and improve operational, safety and quality performance in the joint ventures. Involved in coordinating between departments, monitoring performance metrics, facilitating communication, and assisting with strategic initiatives to ensure that the joint venture meets its objectives. Ensures that all operational processes align with the goals of the joint venture and that both parties' interests are effectively managed. Serves as a liaison between joint ventures and other departments and senior leadership of Henry Ford Health. Establishes a clear process for the identification, tracking and resolution of operational issues in the joint ventures and collects, analyzes data, and prepares reports effectively to address the current and future needs of the joint ventures. Administratively responsible for the oversight of time entry and other administrative support as necessitated by the JV agreement.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration, or related field.
Four (4) years of progressively more responsible, relevant administrative experience, such as process improvement, business development, data analytics, operations.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Analytical skills.
Skilled in the development and analysis of comprehensive reports and interpretation of complex data.
Skilled in the preparation and presentation of reports to various committees and groups.
Skilled in effective planning, both strategic and short-term, and organizing attributes.
Skilled in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, and decision making.
Ability to set priorities and avoid crises management.
Knowledgeable in organization policies, procedures, systems, and objectives; fiscal and human resource management techniques and applications; and healthcare administration, including managed care administration, regulatory management, government regulations, and computer systems and applications.
