QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Minimum 2 years of Mortgage Lending or Underwriting experience preferred.
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience and proficiency.
- Accurate typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively compose correspondence and communicate with customers and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple job functions simultaneously.
- Ability to interpret the needs of customers and effectively resolve any problems to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Excellent math skills including the ability to calculate fractions, decimals, and percentages.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out verbal and written instructions and handle standardized and unique situations.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Must be able to work overtime and travel to other branches, if required
