INTERNSHIP FORMAT
This internship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at one of the Stellantis manufacturing plants located in the Metro-Detroit or Indiana area. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2026.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS
The Stellantis Material Logistics Management (MLM) team is comprised of valuable individuals determined to deliver excellence with pride. As a team, we persevere through challenges to provide winning results in our business.
The MLM Intern is responsible for working with teams of hourly, bargaining employees in completing material receiving and delivery activities that enable the plant to meet daily production targets. This role directly supports daily production. The MLM Intern will troubleshoot problems as they arise and allocate resources and manpower accordingly to resolve issues without impact to plant throughput performance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university
Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship
Must be willing and able to work in a plant environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a Manufacturing-related program at an accredited college or university (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
Demonstrated knowledge of LEAN manufacturing processes
Willing to work in a manufacturing environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
