Overview

RevenueAds, a Qualfon company is searching for a results-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our industry-leading team and be at the forefront of expanding and optimizing our performance marketing affiliate program.
About the Role
As our Affiliate Manager, you will play a central role in growing our affiliate base by recruiting new traffic partners, optimizing campaigns through data-driven insights, and fostering strong, lasting industry relationships. Success means continuously increasing affiliate volumes, ensuring campaign quality, and becoming a trusted advisor in the performance marketing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Recruit, vet, and onboard new affiliate partners through proactive, multichannel outreach-including email, calls, social media, and industry events-to expand the traffic base across our network offers and owned & operated brands.
Launch campaigns and proactively manage affiliate communications, resolving issues and answering questions while creatively navigating guidelines, campaign targeting, and pricing models to maintain and improve performance.
Ensure affiliate quality by validating tracking, managing compliance, and resolving issues to develop healthy traffic volumes with minimized risk.
Implement business intelligence: Use data and product insights to optimize existing campaigns, pause or scale traffic, and spotlight new high-value partners and offers.
Build strong industry relationships with clear, reliable, and energetic communication that maximizes referrals and positions RevenueAds, a Qualfon company as an industry leader.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate management, or a related field (5 years preferred).
Strong command of attribution mechanisms, CPM/CPC/CPA models, digital campaign management, compliance, and popular martech tools such as Lashback, ad libraries, SERP research, and spy tools.
Superb communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a self-motivated, goal-driven approach.
Ability to work productively both independently and within a fast-paced team setting.
Experience with Email, Teams, Skype, Slack, Telegram, and relevant social media platforms is required.
Qualifications
HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Minimal travel outside of industry conferences or select partner events.
Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 annual salary, plus commissions
