Panel Builder
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Builder to join our team. This role involves assembling, wiring, and installing industrial control panels with precision and quality. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Head Panel Builder/Electrician and Chief Controls Engineer to ensure panels meet our company’s high standards for safety, functionality, and craftsmanship. Experience preferred, but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate. Starting pay is $23 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, wire, and install industrial control panels.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics; identify and mark any errors.
- Collaborate with the Panel Builder Lead and Chief Controls Engineer to determine the best layout and wiring methods for custom projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe panel build area.

- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing over 35 lbs.

Work Schedule
- 16-24 Hours per week (2-3 full days)
- Regular Shop Hours: 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday
- Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
