Knowledge and Skills
Must have strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal staff, and vendors, verbally and in writing. Ability to be empathetic with customers, understanding their needs. Detail and deadline oriented. Deal with pressure and stress in dealing with customer demands. Strong PC skills (specifically Excel and Outlook), strong time management skills.
Education and or Experience
Qualifications include a four-year degree or equivalent training in customer service or inside sales.
