Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Assembler & Administrative Support professional to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on assembly work with essential office and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while also supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly Duties:
- Assemble components and products according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and production schedules.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support inventory tracking and order processing.
- Communicate with vendors and customers as needed.
- Prepare reports and maintain records.
- Help coordinate office logistics and scheduling.
Skills Needed
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret Blueprints or other technical materials
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge Required
- Understanding of basic assembly techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative workflows.
- Knowledge of safety standards in industrial settings.
- Basic inventory and record-keeping practices.
Ability to Implement
- Apply assembly instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Use software tools for administrative tasks and reporting.
- Maintain quality control while managing multiple responsibilities.
