Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and equipment reliability. This role includes managing maintenance staff, scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the buildings infrastructure and systems
