Job Title: Change Control Engineer Job Description 
 This role begins with 100% onsite work and will transition to a hybrid model. The primary focus is on change management, including initiating changes and guiding Enterprise Change Notices (ECNs) through the process. You will create change tasks, coordinate with suppliers on recent activities, and manage environmental compliance across multiple projects. The position is contracted through the end of 2026, with potential for extension.
 Responsibilities 
  - Initiate and manage changes through the ECN process. 
- Create and oversee change tasks, reaching out to suppliers for updates. 
- Engage in supplier communication for sourcing and project requirements. 
- Create complex changes within the Quality Management System. 
- Ensure data, documents, and content compliance and accuracy. 
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor implementation plans. 
- Maintain and update divisional project tracking reports. 
- Provide general program support, including supplier engagement and data analysis. - Essential Skills  
- Experience with engineering change processes. 
- Knowledge of medical device regulations. 
- Excellent communication skills. 
- Experience in environmental compliance. 
- Proficiency with OnePLM. - Additional Skills & Qualifications  
- Bachelor's degree (engineering not required). - Work Environment  
Initially, the role requires onsite presence, transitioning to a hybrid model with 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days remote. The team provides onsite support, fostering a collaborative environment.
 Pay and Benefits
 The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
