Job Title: Seasonal Quality Technician 1
Position Reports To: Assistant Quality Assurance Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly
- This is a seasonal position
- Thursday - Sunday with weekdays possible.
- May – December / Peak Season with 6 days a week possible.

Position Purpose Summary: Monitors, communicates, and documents product quality, as well as production processes, ensuring that all food products are in compliance with company and customer specifications.
Principal Job Responsibilities
- Serve the needs of customers and all stakeholders.
- Adhere to all Food Safety and GMP Policies.
- Identify, document and communicate quality issues.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of documents and data entered.
- Perform product inspections according to company and customer specifications.
- Perform CCP verifications.
- Perform equipment calibrations.
- Monitoring of assigned production processes.
- Collect product samples for analysis and retention.
- Maintain and complete data entry logs.
- Maintain and complete daily paperwork.
- Maintain an organized work area.
- Maintain adequate inventory of lab supplies.
- Training of quality control technicians.
- Other duties assigned by Quality Management.

Education and Experience
- Degree or equivalent: High School Diploma
