We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical/Mechanical Technician to install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and systems. This role requires expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems to ensure continuous and safe operation of manufacturing machinery, production lines, and facility systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Duties:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control panels.
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, components, and equipment in accordance with NEC and safety codes.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems.
Mechanical Duties:
- Maintain and repair mechanical components such as bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, valves, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Align, adjust, and calibrate machinery and equipment to optimize performance.
- Fabricate or modify parts using hand tools, welders, or machining tools when needed.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical system failures or malfunctions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanical technology, or related field preferred.
- 8 + years of experience in an industrial maintenance or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and basic programming is a plus.
- Familiar with lockout/tagout procedures, OSHA regulations, and industrial safety protocols.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, or on-call as required.
Work Environment:
- Industrial and manufacturing settings with exposure to loud noise, moving machinery, and electrical hazards.
- Use of PPE required (gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, etc.).
