Job Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities
Assist in analysis and execution of new contracts, modifications, delivery orders, and special orders.
Prepare and assist with the coordination of commercial and contract repairs based on customer requirements.
Assist with interdepartmental coordination of contract/special order requirements, including but not limited to; Operations, Quality, Engineering, Shipping/Receiving, and Customer Service.
Assist with processing orders using electronic database(s).
Assist with maintenance of documentation filing of all records associated with contracts/special orders, including but not limited to; contracts, change orders, modification, meeting minutes, contractual direction(s), and other supporting contractual documents.
Assist with invoice submission and monitoring along with other customer submittals using Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS), and various website services.
Assist with planning and arrangements for various meetings and events.
Assist with the preparation and generation of reporting requirements, including but not limited to; serial number reports, quality metrics, failure analysis reports, delivery targets, and status/progress reports.
Assist with coordination of customer inquiries through phone calls and e-mails.
Assists in preparation and submission of proposals and quotes.
Appropriately escalate customer concerns and dissatisfaction(s) to Supervisor/Manager.
Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of PC applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internet browsers.
Prior ERP experience and knowledge; SAP a plus.
Must be self-motivated and a team player.
Ability to follow direction and task completion with little or no follow-up.
Basic understanding of the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Understanding of Anti-boycott/Restrictive Trade Practices.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding and follow detailed and uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to effectively deal with problems involving concrete standardized situations.
