Are you a seasoned property management professional with a passion for creating thriving communities? We're seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Apartment Property Manager to lead operations at two of our residential communities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Oversee daily operations of two multi-unit complexes, manage leasing, renewals and resident relations with excellence, supervise maintenance staff and ensure timely repairs, handle budgets, vendors, and financial reporting, maintain compliance with local housing regulations and company standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 3 years of APARTMENT management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing procedures
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
