Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Director of Creative Effectiveness to come join the Global Growth Marketing team at a large client of theirs in the West MI area. This individual contributor role will support enterprise goals around improving end-to-end creative and content effectiveness across the company's brands and activations globally.
Compensation:
$66.00/hr - $68.00/hr
Exact Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
· 10+ years of experience in creative, integrated marketing, and insights & analytics.
· Exp. working with AI/ML tools and platforms such as VidMob.
· Familiar with industry resources such as WARC and Cannes Lions.
· Comfortable with DAM systems, creative analytics platforms, and martech/adtech stacks. · Strong influencing skills and ability to drive alignment across global and regional teams.
· Experience managing or collaborating with international agency networks and cross-border teams.
· Familiarity with creative performance metrics and tools.
· Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency and ROI.
· Passion for emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data-driven creative optimization. null
