Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Robotics Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of technical experience and advanced industry certifications. This position involves setup, programming, troubleshooting, and support of industrial robotic systems, with a strong emphasis on GM GRS-certified environments.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep technical knowledge, exceptional problem-solving ability, and leadership experience in complex automation projects.

Expertise in material handling and joining processes, including:

Spot welding

Sealing / dispensing

Stud welding

MIG welding

Riveting, clinch guns, and flow drill fastening

Pedestal applications and cell integration

Vision systems and sensor integration experience a strong plus
Key Responsibilities

Load, adjust, and optimize offline robot programs

Debug and resolve automation system issues, including PLC interface errors

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cycle time and system reliability

Mentor and support junior robot programmers and technicians

Maintain accurate documentation, time tracking, and expense reporting

Ensure adherence to safety standards and customer specifications
