Job Title: Robotic Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Robotic Technicians to join our team on 1st shift and 2nd shift
Good candidates for this role would be robotics technicians, mechanics, lube technicians, and anybody mechanically inclined
We will train you on all aspects of this position
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling paint robots from subassemblies, ensuring precision and quality before shipment
Responsibilities
Take subassemblies and completely assemble paint robots for shipment
Read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions
Use Loctite, wrenches, and ratchets to assemble robots
Conduct quality control checks to ensure precision
Clean and maintain the work area and equipment
Prepare work by studying parts lists and gathering necessary materials
Position parts and subassemblies accurately using templates or measurements
Examine connections for correct fit and fasten parts and subassemblies
Verify specifications by measuring completed components
Resolve assembly problems to meet specifications, notifying supervisors as needed
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations
Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently
Document actions by completing production and quality forms
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude with experience in car mechanics, backyard mechanics, or industrial machine assembly/repair
Proficient in reading blueprints
Ability to use a torque wrench and other hand tools such as impact drills, ratchets, hammers, Allen wrenches, and screwdrivers

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.50/hr.
