Position Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated team player to join our retail team! As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the store—assisting customers with purchases, demonstrating products, handling transactions, and keeping the shop clean, stocked, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide excellent service by answering questions and helping them find the products they need.

Demonstrate or explain merchandise to customers as needed.

Accurately operate the point-of-sale system to total purchases, process payments, and provide change.

Wrap, bag, and prepare merchandise for customers.

Maintain a clean and organized store, including shelves, counters, and displays.

Stock and replenish merchandise regularly; price and label products as required.

Assist with inventory counts and related tasks.

Open and close the register when assigned; ensure store security procedures are followed.
Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to listen carefully and respond clearly.

Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused personality.

Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions in U.S. currency.

Physical ability to:

Stand or remain in one position for extended periods.

Reach, bend, kneel, or move throughout the store.

Lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and procedures.

Dependable, trustworthy, and enthusiastic team player.

High School diploma or GED preferred.
