Current Openings
Full-Time: Gaylord (40 hours/wk) or Grayling (40 hours/wk)
Part-Time: Gaylord (24 hours/wk) or Charlevoix (20 hours/wk) PLUS benefits!
What You'll Do
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will:
Verify and process medication orders
Monitor patient medication therapies and outcomes
Provide drug information, education, and clinical expertise
Supervise and support pharmacy staff
Partner with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver the highest quality of care
What's Required
Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy degree or higher)
Current Michigan pharmacist license, or eligibility within 90 days of hire*
All duties performed under supervision until licensure and training are completed
Health-system experience or PGY-1 residency preferred
PGY-2 residency completion desired for specialty areas (ED, OR, Oncology)
Board Certification preferred, not required
