Adecco is currently hiring immediately for Machine/Production Operator positions in Fraser, MI (near 14 Mile Road)! These are fantastic full-time, contract-to-hire positions with excellent growth potential in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment. Overtime (time and a half) and weekend hours may be required based on production needs and manager approval. This role will normally be a 40-hour work week.

Pay Rate: $17.00
Shift: Primarily 3rd Shift (approx. 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) – MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL 3 SHIFTS + possible overtime/weekends

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with prior machine operation, production, or assembly experience—preferably in an automotive environment—who are seeking long-term opportunities. Candidates must have a clean criminal background and a strong record of good attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities

  ·       Attend Daily Shift Meeting.

  ·       Ensure 100% delivery to customer.

  ·       Take part and improve effectiveness using Lean Manufacturing methods.

  ·       Install and maintain 5S standards.

  ·       Work shifts and overtime as necessary.

  ·       Responsible for the safety of all personnel working in the areas including visitors.

  ·       Carry out Process to correct Quality and Production Standards within cycle time.

  ·       Escalate issues to Team Leader/ Shift Leader as necessary.

  ·       Work flexibly in order to meet customer demands and needs.

  ·       Responsibility for ensuring Product Quality.

  ·       Responsible for maintaining equipment in an excellent working condition.

  ·       Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company.

  ·       Responsible to follow up works instructions (complete the operation always in the same way).

  ·       Responsible to use all the traceability requirements in their area to accomplish product requirements.

  ·       Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Code of Ethics and Code of Management.

  ·       Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company.

  ·       Support commitments established in the ISO 1400/45001 HSE Integrated Policy.

  ·       Conform to requirements established in Fraser Plant ISO 14001/45001 Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures and work instructions.
